2. PROCESSING TIME

2.1 Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays)
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
  • You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched

4. SHIPPING COSTS

5. ORDER TRACKING

  • Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to become active in the carrier's system
  • You can track your order through the carrier's website using the provided tracking number

6. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees charged by their country

6.2 Customs Delays

6.3 Refused Shipments

  • If you refuse a shipment due to customs fees or taxes, you will not receive a refund for the order or shipping costs

6.4 Customs Documentation We complete all required customs documentation accurately. If additional information is needed, customs authorities or carriers will contact you directly.

7. DELIVERY

7.1 Delivery Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting Kissesandtreats.customerservice@gmail.com
  • Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address

7.2 Delivery Attempts

  • Carriers typically make 1-3 delivery attempts
  • If delivery is unsuccessful, the package may be held at a local post office or carrier facility for pickup

  • Packages not collected within the carrier's holding period will be returned to us

7.4 PO Boxes & Military Addresses

  • We ship to PO Boxes where carrier services allow
  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses are accepted for US orders
  • Delivery times to military addresses may be longer than standard shipping

8. LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

8.1 Lost Packages If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it:

  1. Check with neighbors, building management, or household members
  2. Verify the delivery address on your order confirmation
  3. Wait 24-48 hours (sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered prematurely)
  4. Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number
  5. If still unresolved, contact us at Kissesandtreats.customerservice@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date

8.2 Stolen Packages We are not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery. We recommend:

  • Using a secure delivery location
  • Requesting signature confirmation
  • Installing security cameras or using package lockboxes
  • Filing a police report for stolen packages

8.3 Damaged Packages If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the damaged packaging and product immediately
  2. Do not discard the packaging

  4. We will work with you to resolve the issue through replacement or refund

8.4 Missing Items If items are missing from your order:

9. UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

9.1 Return to Sender Packages may be returned to us if:

  • Customs clearance was not completed

9.2 Refunds for Returned Packages

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address you provided, you will be responsible for reshipping costs
  • If a package is returned due to our error, we will reship at no additional cost
  • Refunds for returned packages will be issued minus original shipping costs and any return shipping fees

10. ORDER ISSUES

10.1 Wrong Item Received If you receive the wrong item:

  1. Do not use or open the product

  3. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent and provide return instructions for the wrong item

14. BACKORDERS & PRE-ORDERS

14.1 Backorders If an item becomes out of stock after you order:

14.2 Pre-Orders Pre-order items will ship when they become available. Estimated ship dates will be provided on the product page and in your order confirmation.
